Our items are made to use with your own Apple or Fitbit products. We do not sell any straps or other products authorized by the brands. We are a third-party seller.

OUR PRODUCTS

Yes, you can change the strap of your Apple Watch and it is very easy! Push the strap release button at the back of your watch, and the strap will slide out. If the strap doesn't slide out, press the strap release button again and make sure that you hold it down.

Ensure the strap is attached to the correct side. Look at the adapter, and make sure the side with the metal middle piece is facing the under-side of your watch. You should hear a light click when you put the strap correctly.

Our watch straps are compatible with all Apple Watch models including series 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2 (except for ceramic case), 1, SE, Nike, Hermes and Ultra models. We also have straps for Fitbit Sense and Versa 1, 2 and 3.

All of our Watch straps are adjustable. Our stainless-steel link type straps may need to have some links removed to fit your wrist correctly. It is an easy and quick solution, and we provide an adjustment tool for some items. If you struggle taking the links out, please message us and we will send you a tutorial video.

Avoid water, harsh chemicals and scratching. Store your straps safely when not in use and polish them with a polishing cloth to make it shinier. The fibers in tissue cloths can sometimes cause micro scratches on your straps – an ironic mistake you’ll want to avoid. 

Don't submerge in water, wash dishes or do sport with our straps (don't put the straps in contact with water or sweat). Even the straps are stainless, the Apple Watch adaptors can be damaged.

As there are many allergies, we can't ensure the straps won't cause an allergy reaction. For this reason, we recommend only trying the straps for a short amount of time before wearing them.

If you contact us within 24 hours, we shall send notifications to the responsible post office. Please be advised that it does not guarantee anything. It shall be considered at your responsibility to add the correct address details.

You can order freely without having to create an account.

Yes. You can track your order until you receive it through our website, TRACKING. Once you've made the payment, and we ship your items, we shall send you the track reference number in which you will be able to check the status of your order.

The delivery of the order depends on the region and time frame. In the United States, the usual delivery time is 5–15 days, but times can vary. To European countries, the order can be delivered in 5-25 business days. Other countries — 5-30 business days.

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 situation, logistics transportation and global delivery services are now subject to temporary delays. Shipping time is likely to be lengthened as a special arrangement of some courier service companies and air traffic delays are to be expected. We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, AMEX) and PayPal payments (not at this moment due to high fees), Klarna, Afterpay (the last two depend on your location). 

No. We do not charge extra. You pay what comes up as total.

When purchasing online using your credit card, all of your information is entered into an SSL secure web page. Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider's network, where your card and transaction is authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.
