We're committed to providing our customers with the best quality products and service. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

To initiate a return or exchange, please send an email to support@prettystraps.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Our support team will work with you to determine the best course of action.

In order to ensure that your return is received and processed correctly, we require that all returns be shipped with tracking. Please include a photo of your shipping receipt and tracking number when you notify us of your return. The customer is responsible for covering the cost of the shipping of returned items.

Once your return has been received and inspected by our team, we will issue your refund. Please note that it may take 2-5 business days for the refund to process, depending on your bank.

In the event that you receive a damaged item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the package. To help us with quality control, please include a video of the damaged item when you contact us. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
